I worked a ten hour day today, with students ranging from Kindergarten to 6th grade. Every single one of them has unique needs. I plan differently for each of them. Even if they happen to be in the same grade, they aren’t “the same.”
It’s a science. And it’s an art form. I love working with my individual students. I love getting to know what each of them needs and figuring out how to get them to where they want to be.
And even though it was a long day, it was incredibly rewarding. Each one of these children is so special and unique, and I love seeing their confidence grow! I’m so lucky to be working with these fantastic kids and their wonderful, supportive families!
